Shipping & Production

All BST GEAR products are made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste.

Production Time

Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping Time

After production, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days total (production + shipping).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


Returns & Exchanges

Because all BST GEAR products are made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Preference changes
  • Gift rejection

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before ordering.


Eligible Issue Review

We stand behind our products and review legitimate issues on a case-by-case basis.

Examples that may qualify:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged during transit
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • There is a significant print error

If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We do not offer cash refunds.


Issue Reporting Requirements

To be eligible for review:

  • Contact us within 7 business days of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • In some cases, packaging photos may be required

Requests submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for resolution.


Important Notes

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Minor print placement or color variations are not considered defects
  • No returns are required for approved claims
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale
  • Claims are limited to one resolution per order
  • Repeated or suspicious claims may be reviewed for abuse

Order Cancellations & Changes

Because items enter production quickly, cancellation or change requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Requests made within 12 hours will be reviewed, but changes are only possible if production has not begun.
